Full-body workout

Hey everyone!

So this time I decided not to bother you with some more clothes, and instead of that post something useful. I captured my usual full-body workout. If you have read my previous posts, you already know that I don’t really like the machines, and I prefer bodyweight and simple equipment, such as TRX, bosu or dumbbells.

Every exercise is done in 13 reps and 3 sets. (so every single one is repeated 3×13). I usually start with large muscles, such as quadriceps and latissimus.

If you’re trying to loose weight, you should do a little bit of cardio between every set :)

Zdravím!

Tentokrát jsem se rozhodla, že vás nebudu obtěžovat s oblečením, ale místo toho postnost něco pro vás užitečného:) 
Zachytili jsme můj běžný trénink. Jestli jste četli můj minulý článek, už určitě víte, že nerada cvičím na strojích, ale raději preferuji cvičení s vlastní vahou nebo jednoduché pomůcky, jako je TRX, bosu nebo činky. 

Každý cvik je opakován ve 3 setech po cca 13 opakováních (takže jeden cvik se cvičí 3×13 krát).
Obvykle začínám s velkými svaly, jako je quadriceps nebo latissimus. 

Pokud se snažíte spíše redukovat tuk, je dobré mezi jednotlivé sety zařadit kardio:)
