Home Made Healthy Burgers!

Hey fitness-maniacs!

Today we decided to make some burgers for dinner!
And we actually found out that home made burgers are not so bad for your body! Chocolate, ice-cream, nutella and other stuff is much worse! There is a lot of protein in it, vegetables is very healthy and you would probably eat the bread anyways, so don’t worry about the carbs.
But you have to stick with some basic rules, here they are:

1) use really FRESH vegetables, we used only lettuce and tomatoes.
2) use only ground BEEF, no pork.
3) when frying, do NOT use any oil, the beef is greasy enough

The recipe is easy and quick, the burgers are ready in 10 minutes!

First, slice the tomatoes, for 2 people (6 burgers) we used only 1 tomato.

Cut the bread into two halves.

From the ground beef into these shapes and put them onto the grill. And remember, no oil!

Prepare the bread, put some lettuce and 2 slices of tomatoes on it.

Add the meat and mayonese. You can use yoghurt with some herbs and salt as well.
