Bad-ass ABS workout

Hey everyone!

You wanna have a flat stomach with strong abs? Follow these tips, rearrange your diet and keep working out! :)
Repeat every exercise 12x (and more) in 3 sets.
Always warm-up before, stretch after workout and keep pushing your stomach into the ground during execising. And voilá, you’re on your way to abs, you always dreamed of <3

Chcete mít ploché bříško s pevnými břišáky? Následujte tyto rady, upravte váš jídelníček a nepřestávejte cvičit! :)
Opakujte každý cvik 12x (a více) ve 3 sériích.
Vždycky se před cvičením rozehřejte, po cvičení protáhněte a při cvičení tlačte bříško do podložky. A voilá, jste na dobré cestě k bříšku, o kterém jste vždycky sněli :))) <3

    i would love to try that work out but I can’t afford a subscription to a gym, do you have any alternative to make this at home ? Thanks!!
